SUBJ; MISTREATMENT OF MY WIFE AT THE HANDS OF A CHASE BANK SUPERVISOR, ORCHARDS BRANCH AT FRED MEYER VANCOUVER WASHINGTON ON JUNE 4, 2009

Ms. Cantwell;
As you probably already know, I am straight-forward, and don't mince words.
My wife reciently got BURNED by unfair credit practices of Chase Bank here in Vancouver.

They purposely misled her into believing that she had funds in her account, then charged her huge fees for "Overdrafts".

We went to a Vancouver branch to "discuss" the situation, only to have some SMARTLIP PUNK half my age proceed to attempt to degrade my wife(In front of me; BIG BIG MISTAKE!).

I DON'T PUT UP WITH punks half my age(or anyone else for that matter) talking down to my wife, so I let him know it, to which he accused me of threatening him(which was a lie) and THREATENED TO HAVE ME THROWN OUT OF THE BANK.

I informed him that I had not broken ANY laws, and I DARED HIM TO CALL THE POLICE!

I guess the "Stare down" I was giving him convinced him that I wasn't "playing around", and he "re-composed" himself, and started acting like a professional again(well as professional as an egotistical punk in an empty suit could anyway).

I have been looking on the internet, and talking to friends and co-workers, and finding out that Chase is giving most of it's customers this disrespectful attitude, along with the bad business practices like changing loan due dates without notice in order to collect late charges from their victims. This works real well if you use any kind of "automatic electronic payment plan". These SCUMBAGS have found a way to outsmart technology in order to rip off the consumer, and I for one AM NOT GOING TO LET THESE LOWLIFES OPERATE in this manner IN MY STATE!(Ain't gonna happen!)

Read these complaints, they are unbelievable, in one case a bank employee tells a customer; "If you don't like the service you can go elsewhere. He calls a supervisor only to be told THE SAME THING!

In another case Chase demands that the customer hand over HIS WEBSITE OF COMPLAINT over to them or THEY WILL SUE HIM! WHAT???????

I don't know what YOU plan to do about THESE PIGS, but I'll tell you what I AM going to do, I am going to make EVERY EFFORT(that is legal) to attack, expose and drive these vermin OUT of MY STATE!!!
