From about 2005, Five Years Out of "The Navy", DONE with "Construction", and enjoying a NEW career as a "Bartender" at
The Muckleshoot Indian Casino;






Just prior to going to the VA Hospital for a "Needle Biopsy" to a lump on the left side of my neck;



My 1st Cancer Treatment was an Emergency Hospital stay of Chemo Therapy and 24/7 monitering for 3 Days ;



A Chemotherapy regimen called R-CHOP WAS "Initially" successful at destroying my Cancer Cells, but was also successful at destroying my "Hair & Toenails";



Keeping Active with music as "Mental Therapy";



A BIG "Moral Boost" for me was a "Dinner & Show", in Feburary of 2017;

with my Son Christopher, and his "Enchanting Wife" Sofia;



Unfortunately, the Cancer returned;



I was then approved to receive a "Clinical Trial" called CAR-T Cell Therapy which DID eliminate the Cancer, but left me as a "Hospital Inpatient" for OVER TWO YEARS!



My Grandkids "Bryana & Farlin"(shown here), and "Little Princess Joey", were always "There" for me during my battle with Cancer;



During my "Hospital Inpatient" years, my wife Paula, probably spent MORE time at The Hospital, than she did "At Work". Once she checked me out of the hospital for an "Outing", on June 20th, 2020, and was Supposed to have me BACK by 10pm, but she took me to YET ANOTHER "Uli Jon Roth" Concert, and TRIED to Sneek me "Back In" to my Hospital Room at WELL AFTER 2am, but we got, "Busted"!



"The Pups" had my back too;






One of the first things I did upon being released from "Inpatient" status was to adopt an 8 Week Old White English Golden Retriever that I named "Coda", and this is him heading home with us;



The Cancer has been "In Remission" for many years, but I still struggle with Physical Weakness, and a Compromised Immune System, but my son Christopher always says; "You GOT this, Dad"!



I was once granted an Audience with "Princess Joey"(my grandaughter), and "Prince Farlin"(a Noble Grandson of the Royal Court);

This next series of photos saddens me because it features VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE in my life which all "Passed On" within a few months of each other;
Steven Peffer a Guitarist, Keyboard Wiz, and just an all around Best Friend, who passed in March of 2025,
Timmy Glitch an old bandmate from the "Outpatient" days, that made me laugh and feel good about myself everyday we chatted up to the time he passed unexpectedly in December 2024.
and my father, Charles Glisson II, my OLDEST and LONGEST RUNNING best friend up until the time he too passed "Unexpectedly" in September of 2024.
